How the proposed review process works

1. Initial enquiry

Share your programme, audience, learning hours and delivery format.

2. Evidence submission

Provide syllabus, objectives, learner activities, assessments and supporting materials.

3. Independent review

Materials are assessed against published criteria, with feedback and any required improvements.

4. Decision and ongoing assurance

Approval, where granted, is documented and subject to agreed conditions, monitoring and renewal.

Our developing quality standards

Our framework is being finalised. Proposed review areas include:

  • Clearly defined learning objectives and intended audience
  • Justifiable CPD hours based on active learning, not reading-time inflation
  • Accessible, current and accurate learning materials
  • Suitable knowledge checks or assessments
  • Learner feedback, records and continuous improvement
  • Transparent certificate issuance and verification controls
